All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers.

  • Prices are subject to change until confirmed

  • Deposits and full payments must be made by specified deadlines

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your reservation

We are not responsible for pricing errors or changes made by third-party providers.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier.

  • Any changes or cancellations may result in fees imposed by suppliers

  • Dreamin Vacation may charge a service fee for processing changes or cancellations

  • Refunds, if applicable, are issued according to the supplier’s policies

We recommend reviewing all policies before booking.

5. Travel Documents & Requirements

It is your responsibility to:

  • Obtain valid passports, visas, and identification

  • Meet health and vaccination requirements

  • Verify entry requirements for your destination

Dreamin Vacation is not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or travel disruptions due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies. Coverage details vary by provider.

7. Third-Party Suppliers

Dreamin Vacation works with independent travel suppliers.

  • We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, or other travel services

  • We are not responsible for the acts, errors, delays, or omissions of these suppliers

  • Any issues related to services provided must be addressed directly with the supplier

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Dreamin Vacation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Travel delays, cancellations, or interruptions

  • Acts of God, weather events, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Actions or omissions of third-party suppliers

Our role is limited to facilitating travel arrangements on your behalf.

9. Changes to Itineraries

Travel plans may change due to factors beyond our control, including supplier schedule changes or external events. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we are not responsible for such changes.
